Your website has a great security system built in that supports an unlimited number of users and security roles.
Step1) Click on the Users button from the control panel, dashboard or from the admin menu.

Step2) Click on Add New User. On the User Control Panel, you may not have the Add New User link at the bottom but the link is available from the Action Menu as shown in the picture.
Step 4) Fill in the all the form fields and press the “Add New User” link. Please note that passwords need to be 7-characters in length. If you choose “Random Password”, you will not need to fill in the password fields.
If you have “Notify” checked, the new user will receive an email that contains his username and password.
If you don’t “Authorize”, the user will not have access to the site.
Step 5) Add user to a security role.
After the user has been added, you may need to grant the user special access to areas of your site. Find the user you just added and press the little gold lock icon beside their name. This will take you to the User Roles page. Choose a Security Role from the Dropdown list and press Add Role to User.
Once you add the user to the role, the role will be displayed at the bottom of the page. If you add the user to Administrators, they will have full access to all aspects of the site. To remove a role from a user, simply press the red “X” beside the role.
